Ah that might be it - they sent theirs by cargo ship, not air freight. It might well be better to pack what you can and pay any excess baggage charges and find a furnished apartment... And on the way back see if you can persuade a family member or friend to visit you just before you depart and carry some of your baggage home with you! (...)

Try searching for "In plain English" i.e. RSS in plain english - there was a series of videos on a lot of web topics a while back, I blogged about them. Or try Oprah as a keyword, I think she did some stuff simplifying tech concepts...

I got a Wii!!!! Smyth's on the Fonthill Road near Liffey Valley. Got into the store and they had signs saying that Wii's would be on sale tomorrow morning, stopped one of the guys and asked how many would be on sale (to gauge if it was worth being down there early) and he told me they were on sale there and then. Yippee!!

Careful with shoes though, women's shoes aren't like men's no two size sixes are exactly the same. Buying something that ends up causing her painful feet could be bad.

@jangles - Pizza Hut too far and don't deliver = cold pizza by the time I get home... McChicken Sandwich meal with coke in the end, easy as the drive thru is only 2 mins away from me.
